Open Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 5PM. Your car is worked on the day you drop it off, so come at the time you booked rather than around it.

What the first hour actually looks like

Intake takes about twenty minutes. We walk the car with you, get the symptoms in your words rather than ours, and photograph anything that's going to matter later. Nothing gets touched, quoted or ordered until you've seen the same photographs we're looking at.

Cars come to the shop rather than the other way around, and the one you bring in is worked on that day instead of waiting its turn in a yard. If it isn't driveable, say so on the form and get a trailer booked for your slot before you try to nurse it here. A classic that dies in traffic costs more to recover than it does to haul.
